Purpose of Your Job Position

Job Functions

As Project Manager, you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties. Accomplish project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities, resolving problems; completing audits, inventories; determining system improvements; implementing change; enforcing policies and procedures. Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Direct all phases of a project, including development of the project plan, ensuring adherence to the plan requirements and required reporting.

  2. Streamline assigned projects and ensure the objectives defined for the project can be achieved.

  3. Accomplishing project objectives.

  4. Plant operations expense tracking and monitoring.

  5. Weekly report generation of ongoing projects.

  6. Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.

  7. Manage resource allocation.

  8. Maintain excellent communication with Care Centers and Corporate Staff.

  9. Ensure quality standards are met.

  10. Prioritize and organize assignments.

  11. Handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  12. Conveys project changes and updates to appropriate team members.

  13. Manage and develop client relationships.

  14. Attend client meetings, as necessary.

  15. Perform all other duties as assigned.

  16. Order products and services on behalf of our Care Centers to ensure their supply and equipment needs are met.

  17. Inventory products at the Care Centers and assist determining par levels and purchasing needs within Central Supply.

  18. Determine continued clinical necessity of all rental equipment and assist in the return of unneeded equipment.

  19. Assist the maintenance team with the procurement of parts needed to facilitate repairs to broken equipment.

  20. Assist the Care Centers with managing their equipment rentals, oxygen usage, and Part B ancillary supplies.

  21. Schedule building visits with Executive Directors, Regional teams, and send progress reports in a timely manner to groups involved.

  22. Maintain excellent communication with Care Center and corporate staff, building designees and other vendor partners.

  23. Attendance required at all meetings and conference calls at the discretion of your supervisor.

  24. Must be computer literate, excellent working knowledge of all pertinent software related to complete the task.

Working Conditions

  • 90% of the position involves traveling.

  • At times, this position requires overnight stays and interstate travel.

  • Schedules are subject to frequent changes.

Education and Experience

  • One year certificate from college or technical school; or a year related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • LPN experience.
